⋘"Ambang Kematian" is the most recently recorded demo track by Symphonic Death Metal/Extreme Metal act ANGKARA. The band does not have a proper 'official' release in the form of an EP or full length as of yet. Instead, they have been offering fans individual songs as they are recorded. The song in question was recorded & released earlier this year, around March of 2012.⋙

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia and formed on November 22, 2008, the young band started out being called SCREAM OF MY SHADOW and were firmly rooted in metalcore. They were happily able to gain experience by playing a couple of shows for school-based events over the years.
Fast forward approximately three years; the members - consisting of Lutfhi Utomo (vocals, bass), Haidar Syakir (guitar, vocals), and Rizky Renaldy Putra (drums) - matured as musicians while their own tastes shifted gears towards a more extreme nature. On June 19, 2011, the trio officially decided to completely distance themselves from their humble metalcore beginnings in favor of a brutal death metal style. According to the band, the standard death metal element was then fused with "thrash [and] a little spice of ancient and unique arabian" to form a sound all their own. Moreover, their moniker became ANGKARA!
Since June of last year, the band has recorded a handful of songs, which they've released over the period from June 2011 through June 2012. Angkara are currently seeking any potential label interest as they continue to solidify themselves within the local Indonesian extreme metal scene, which is really 'booming' these days - a great many acts have arisen from the same country, so as long as Angkara continues to develop their sound and stay persistent, they should be able to self-produce & release an official demo to shop around for labels.
