⋘The hilariously named track "Blowing My Sneeze" by Dallas-based grindcore band RELEASER is one of only three songs put out by the newly formed outfit thus far; all through Bandcamp, which makes sense considering the service was and in a manner of speaking still is used as an outlet for unknown/unsigned/underground acts to get their music out to the public & fans of their specific sub genres.

If it isn't obvious enough, I suppose we'll spell it out for you; regardless of there being no lyrics offered, the song is about doing cocaine. Duh!⋙

Seeing as how RELEASER has minimal social media presence, not much is known about them yet. However, it is important to note - especially for massive grind-addicts like myself and a few other members of the Sociopathic Team - Releaser consists of some serious grindcore veterans.

According to Last.FM, their homebase is in Dallas, Texas, and members consist of musicians who have played in such prominent groups as KILL THE CLIENT, PHOBIA, and NOISEAR! Perhaps Sociopathic Sound's very own DORIAN RAINWATER could shed additional light on the band's developments --- but only if you ask him nicely :-)

The three tracks available for free digital download include:

1) Hourson Outlaw (appearing on DENTON COMPILATION TAPE 1)

2) I Forgot (appearing on Dorian's "Grinding For A Cure, Vol. 1")

Truthseeker sert-il à Brendan James Hayter et Alex Fewell, deux artistes versés dans le death metal, d'excursion éphémère hors du sentier ? Je pose cette question parce que ce projet n'a eu le droit qu'à deux sorties : Weightless at Dawn que nous avons ici et Blue Oblivion sorti la même année — et depuis, rien. C'est bien dommage au vu de toutes les qualités réunies dans ce petit E.P. : bien que taillées dans un post-rock assez lent à tendances doom metal, c'est d'une légèreté exceptionnelle !
