from Sociopathic Mixtape, Vol. 4 by Various Artists

about

⋘"The Death Of The Concubine" appears on "The Fear Of Getting Old", the proper debut release by Russian grind/death/experimental band THE HOMELESS IS DEAD (abbreviated as THID).

The effort was released through Bandcamp at the end of 2012/beginning of 2013, and according to the notes found therein, its physical format was originally a limited edition run of 60 tapes; supposedly, THID plans on re-releasing the recording on vinyl in the near future, though no word on precisely when that might happen yet. But, it seems as though MOMENT OF COLLAPSE RECORDS will handle the release.⋙

◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ BAND BIOGRAPHY & INFORMATION ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊

THE HOMELESS IS DEAD is a four-piece experimental grind/death metal band hailing from Saint Petersburg, Russia. Given the fact that they're a relatively new act, formed around October of 2011 (having released just one demo in 2012 prior to the new record), not much information pertaining to them is out there.

The Sociopathic Team suggests fans of the band keep a close watch on updates via their Facebook and Bandcamp pages. Alternatively, fans can reach the band by sending them a private message on either of those social media services, or by emailing THID here:

lyrics

I became more disillusioned
and I'm not into this alone
you're given birth
an already consumer
and consumer's not rarely dumb

if you're dumb you must be pretty mental
and the whole society is
so we're kept in the closed space

our earth with no anger at us
but diseases spread widely and fast
so mankind's trying to invade the outer space
this is the mental space with no limits and borders
but those that sick people create
this is the overtaking craziness and it's boiled
by the increasing dumbness
our chief, did he ever exist?
just at least to keep an eye on us all
I think we're left alone hopeless and diseased
and no one would ever like
to have some deal with you or me
maybe it's right but we still don't fucking die
too nice conditions for bastards like us
who can't even keep the place we live in clean
