⋘"Chained Hanging Victim" appears on dark hardcore band HOMEWRECKER's debut full length album, released on June 14, 2012 through Baltimore's premiere label A389 Recordings; the album has been made available in digital and 12" vinyl formats, though as a proud owner of the LP, I would suggest to everyone who likes this band to go to the label's site and grab a copy before they're gone. The artwork, packaging, liner notes, and thick/high quality vinyl makes it a worthwhile purchase - much more so than paying for mere digital files in this case!

It is noteworthy to state that this track features a dual vocal performance; during the first half of the song it's Homewrecker's own Brett Spencer handling the screaming duties. Then, as demarcated in the "lyrics" section of the band profile here, Dylan Walker (from fellow A389 Recordings band FULL OF HELL) takes the reigns with his own powerful, forceful vocal style, which happens to fit in ideally with Homewrecker's killer sonic mayhem! Fans can stream the entire album via the official A389 RECORDINGS bandcamp page & also purchase the 12" LP there, too. So, what are you waiting for, go pick that shit up because it's one fucking hell of a release!!!!

Nine tracks of dark brooding powerviolence inspired metallic hardcore recorded at the legendary MARS compound by Bill Korecky. Imagine an Integrity/Apt213/Slayer mashup as the soundtrack to the movie 'Hostel' and you're on the right track.⋙

Started in 2008. Self released several demos and EPs. In 2010, after doing weekends and small spring/winter break tours, we went to the infamous Mars Compound (Integrity, Mushroomhead, etc) to record a 5 song EP called ‘Internal Morgue’ which featured John Caution of Weekend Nachos. We toured more, and sent the music out to multiple labels. Dom of A389 Recordings got a hold of us and offered us a spot on a split 7” with The Love Below. The reception was so well, that he offered us a spot on the A389 Roster. After that, we went back to the Mars Compound to record ‘Worms & Dirt’, a 9 song LP.
