⋘German hardcore/beatdown band CIRCLE OF DEATH included "Immutable" as one of the 13 songs that make up their most recent full length offering, entitled "VIOLENT INTERCOURSE", released via BEATDOWN HARDCORE RECORDS in 2011. The album in question is the group's fourth overall release and second full length album; the followup to 2008's "APOCALYPSE".⋙

Founded by the four members of the hardcore/beatdown crew in 2003 out of Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, CIRCLE OF DEATH has released a number of increasingly brutal recordings throughout their storied career. Releasing several demo tapes/CD-Rs at first, then following up with the debut full length "Apocalypse", the band has made quite a name for themselves amongst the worldwide hardcore community.
Taking the best of HATEBREED and mixing it with the likes of END REIGN, HOMEWRECKER, or EMPIRE OR RATS, the band has managed to, for the first time that I've personally heard in a LONG TIME, their own unique sound. Have they created something entirely new and never before heard? Absolutely not! But their style exemplifies just how talented and provocative each and every man in the band is.
Following the release of "VIOLENT INTERCOURSE", Circle Of Death made their biggest statement ever; I cannot think of any hardcore/beatdown album that sounds quite like what COD has accomplished on their newest recording. This is one band everyone needs to keep a close watch on; unless you hate hardcore, any fan of extreme music will be instantaneously hooked into the crazy grooves, headbanging breakdowns, and even the tough-guy attitude (of the general breakdown scene); for it works with CIRCLE OF DEATH, unlike the majority of bands who attempt a similar style.
